We are so excited about this year's collection! We created it to meet your desire for beautiful, intrinsically valuable jewelry, lovingly made here in America. We still use authentic, late 19th century buttons in a majority of our pieces, while the remaining items feature vintage mother-of-pearl buttons or glass cabochons from the early-to-mid 20th century. When you buy Grandmother's Buttons, you are purchasing an authentic piece of history.  It's hard to imagine, but those buttons on your bracelet once were sewn onto an 1890s gown, that colorful glass cabochon was made for a 1930s Czecho-slovakian necklace.   Our jewelry not only contains authentic bits of the past, it evokes those earlier eras of elegance in its design. Don't look here for the latest trend-driven, chevron-emblazoned colorful plastic pieces, look for timeless designs of quality that will speak volumes about your personal sense of style.
